Just in
time for Valentine's Day, the New York City Administration has presented its
new official condom. The condom
is supposed to protect the inhabitants of the Big Apple from sexually
transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies. "The
new look of the NYC-condom consists of a new design for the packaging",
according to a press communiqué by the health authority in the city. The condoms
will be available in the coming weeks at 200 selected places in the east coast
metropolis. The city
administration has urged the continuation of television and radio spots,
recommending the use of condoms by the population. The
"Official New York condom" was introduced a year ago. During the
past year, 36 million condoms were distributed, more than four for every
inhabitant of the city. The first

para el Día de San Valentín, la Administración de la Ciudad de Nueva York ha
presentado sus nuevos condones oficiales. El condón debe
proteger a los habitantes de la Gran Manzana de enfermedades de transmisión
sexual y embarazos no deseados. "La nueva
imagen del condón de la ciudad de Nueva York consiste en un nuevo diseño del
embalaje", según un comunicado de prensa de la autoridad sanitaria en la
ciudad. Los preservativos
estarán disponibles en las próximas semanas en 200 lugares seleccionados de la
Metropolis de la costa este estadounidense. Los anuncios de
la radio y la televisión, deben seguir recomendando el uso de preservativos,
instó la administración municipal. El "Condón
Oficial de Nueva York", fue presentado por primera vez el año pasado. Durante el año
2007 se distribuyeron 36 millones de preservativos, más de cuatro por cada
habitante de la ciudad. La primera

Pünktlich zum Valentinstag hat die New Yorker Stadtverwaltung ihr neues offizielles Kondom vorgestellt. Mit dem Kondom soll sich die Bevölkerung kostenlos vor Geschlechtskrankheiten und ungewollten Schwangerschaften schützen. «Der neue Look des NYC-Kondoms besteht aus
einem neuen Design Die Überzieher seien in den kommenden Wochen an 200 ausgewählten Orten der Millionenmetropole erhältlich. Fernseh- und Radiospots sollten die Bevölkerung weiter zum Gebrauch von Präservativen auffordern, teilte die Stadt mit. Das «offizielle New-York-Kondom» wurde vor einem Jahr eingeführt. Im Laufe des Jahres wurden 36 Millionen der Verhütungsgummis verteilte, das sind mehr als vier für jeden Einwohner der Stadt. Calendar pictures of
naked men with an erect penis cannot be banned under pornography laws. According to the
judges of a Court in Berlin, Germany, the photographs in a calendar for
homosexuals didn’t intend to arouse sexual instincts in a sensationalist manner.
The men in the
calendar were not depicted as mere objects of sexual desire, the judges argued.
An overall evaluation
of the entire work led to the conclusion that the models acted freely and
voluntarily, according to the judgement of the members of the Chamber Court. The public prosecutor
had objected to the publication of two calendars from the year 2004 for
proliferating pornography. With its decision, the
court ended a long-lasting legal dispute over the calendars that can be ordered

sostuvieron los jueces. Una evaluación
general de la obra conduce a la conclusión de que los modelos actuaron libre y
voluntariamente, de acuerdo con la sentencia de los miembros de la Sala de
Corte. El fiscal público
se había opuesto a la publicación de dos calendarios del año 2004 bajo la
acusación de que se trataba de material pornográfico. Con su decisión
el tribunal puso fin a una disputa legal de larga duración sobre los

Der für Homosexuelle gedachte Kalender sei nicht reißerisch auf die Erregung sexueller Reize ausgerichtet und mache die Männer nicht zum bloßen Objekt sexueller Begierde, argumentierten die Richter des Berliner Kammergerichts. Die Staatsanwaltschaft hatte zwei Kalender aus dem Jahr 2004 als Verbreitung pornografischer Schriften beanstandet. Das Kammergericht verwarf ihre Revision und beendete damit einen Jahre lang schwelenden Rechtsstreit um die im Internet angebotenen Kalender. Bei der Betrachtung des Gesamtkunstwerks sei zu erkennen, dass die Darsteller einen selbstbewussten Eindruck hinterlassen, urteilten die Berliner Richter. Die Auftraggeberin habe einen der Kandidaten darüber informiert, dass sie «stille Mörder» suche und habe ihn per Mail aufgefordert, das Opfer für eine Summe von 5000 Dollar «auszuschalten», hieß es weiter.* * * Die brasilianische Regierung will mt der Rekordzahl von 19,5 Millionen kostenlosen Kondomen ungewollte Schwangerschaften während des Karnevals verhindern. In der Stadt Recife lässt die Verwaltung während der tollen Tage kostenlos Säckchen mit der sogenannten Pille danach verteilen und handelte sich damit scharfe Kritik der Kirche ein.
